  • I went in and asked what the charge was just to get measurements because I have a wedding I'm in back in Ohio and the dresses are only available in AZ & OH so I just needed a quick measure to send numbers to CLE and the lady wanted to charge me $10.00. That's fine. She's giving me a service but I feel something that quick and easy shoulda been offered at no charge or maybe even only $5.00. Giving good customer service makes u send friends to a business there! My old tailor is way northwest I needed a new one but now I will def go to a different tailor in this city.
