Fresh, but needs more variety and rotation, pretty good for ice cream though.
They could use a student discount or punch card-y system. Also, they need to add some sugar-free or no sugar added flavours.
I like to get two flavours in one cup, feels like more.
Service is always nice here too. Ice cream is made by the foodsci program at UW, so the costs go back to good causes.
For a dairy-focused (partly) University you'd think they'd diversify into froyo and gelato. One can hope...
