  • This place deserves absolutely no stars, but it's required to make this post!! I dropped off my baby thinking that they'd do a great job even at a decent price. I have a shih tzu, and I was expecting for her to have a good experience. When we picked her up, she was bleeding and nicked all over her body!!!!!!!!!!! The guy at the register was very inconsiderate and nonchalant about it and was even touching her wounds saying it doesn't hurt. Is he a mind reader!!!?? He said to just throw some powder on her for comfort. There was no compassion or empathy about my dog, who is my life. To top it off, they let several dogs run around and play with one another. This isn't a doggie day care, and the owners can't be sure if the other dogs are vaccinated or spayed/neutered. Please please please consider this review as valid and do not take your family member here!! It's better to get it at a place where they are licensed.
