  • Our family adopted two, great dogs from this shelter. Dwayne is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in placing the right dog with the right people. He's straight up honest about their personalities and what each dog needs. We recently had a pooch emergency and decided to go to a vet right across the street from our house. She ended up trying to scam us out of $1300; saying our pooch required a week long hospitalization and was terribly rude the entire time. We quickly made a phone call to Dewy, got right in, and our dog has made a significant recovery in just 24 hours thanks to Dr. Fuentes (and excellent staff) for giving a correct and completely different diagnoses.
