DEPENDS WHEN YOU GO. Renovating a $30 million dollar apartment building in Vegas. Huge project. Probably spend at least $10,000 a month here on odds and ends.
During the day? Awesome. Lot so of help and solid staff.
At night? Good luck. Nobody around and those that are usually offer little knowledge or assistance. Needed help ordering mirror sliding doors for closets. Would have ordered hundreds.
Nobody in the door area. Walked around a while until I found an older guy who looked like he knew what he was doing. He said that wasn't his department but he could help find someone.
We, while walking around some more, bumped into a young lady who didn't know, didn't care and couldn't be bothered. She said over her shoulder while walking past that the girl at the front counter could help.
We walked to the front counter. Mind you my iPhone tells me I walk over 40 miles a week at our large apartment complex so after a 13 hour day I'm in the mood to walk some more like I'm in the mood to have a brick dropped on my head.
Front counter girl laughed and said she didn't know anything about doors but she could call someone.
At that point this circus was way old and beyond ridiculous. I was gone. I thanked the guy for at least trying but this was pathetic.
Small tip for management: If you're going to be open, at least have people who know what the hell they're doing. Otherwise you may as well close at 6:00pm.
