  • Delayed Review.. I mean, I do have school and homework! Wow how times have changed. Modern technology has upped it's game. Our transaction was quick, customer service was great and although our satellite radio didn't work they were more than accommodating when taking it off our total bill, Thank goodness the car was iPhone compatible and I have unlimited data so I was able to stream Pandora on our journey home. The only downside was The Hertz locations in our area are not open on Sundays so we had to drive to Oakland to drop off the car. Other than that I'm very comfortable with using Hertz again. Review 2016 #21 out of 100
