  • Appointment was at 9 it's now 10 am. got here at 8:45am, was on the wrong side and no one told me. So I had to wait longer. Got paperwork at 9:30 after I had realized I was on the wrong side. They show no attention. You can hear them talk to each other about how one side always gets the other sides patients( need to communicate to their patients about the sides or atleast have a sign ). It's bullshit I have to wait almost an hour after my appointment time cause I was not notified on with side to be on. They just took a walkin in front of an appointment. That's not how it's supposed to go.
