Worst experience I've ever had at a drs office in my life. I felt so uncomfortable on how she just wanted to rush through it all and get me out quickly. I had gone in because I had been feeling dizzy and lightheaded most of the day for the past week and it wouldn't go away. I was told by the dr it was vertigo and she even did a test on me that was supposed to make me dizzy, but didn't, and still said it was vertigo and prescribed me medication for it. After not even being in the room for 2 minutes, she opened the door and walked out and I said I had questions and I felt like it wasn't vertigo and I asked if It could be a couple different things. She said no you have vertigo and if I still have issues then come back in a couple weeks and they will try something else. Doesn't make any sense why you wouldn't run any more tests on something that serious being that I was lightheaded a lot. I still felt something wasn't right, so I had gone to urgent care a few hours after my appointment and they did tests and blood work and found that my thyroid was extremely high, which was the cause of my issue! $200 in copays later, because the first dr didn't do anything, I've finally found a better and different dr that actually takes their time and I've also got the issue resolved.
