  • Unfortunately, this place doesn't even deserve one star. I've had gel nails for seven years and know how they can look great for up to three weeks. Well, not the gels I got here. I was uncomfortable about them when I left the appointment and mentioned to the woman I thought was the manager that if I had a problem, I would be back. I was traveling over the holidays so today was the firsts chance I have had to get my nails fixed: splits, chips, lifting, something wrong with almost all ten nails and it all started within the first week, now 10 days ago. When I called yesterday to see if things could be fixed, the person on the phone argued with me and finally told me there were no fixes after seven days...which surprised me since I had already had a talk with the 'manager,' who said nothing about seven days. Nevertheless, I was told 'they would make an exception,' to come in and someone would fix my nails. I came in about 20 minutes early and was told I'd have to get an entirely new gel manicure and pay another $30 for it...at which time I told them they would have a lot of bad press from me...so here it is. Arguing with customers is not going to assist their business, which was half empty both times I was there...maybe they are good at pedicures. I won't be back to check.
