  • Don't bother....they have the rudest women working in the office. I purchased an a/c unit from them, it doesn't work properly and I overpaid. I had another service company come out, give me an estimate to replace it, 15% lower than what I paid to Alaskan. This unit is brand new and it just doesn't work, I wonder if it really is brand new... They make promises to come out and fix your a/c but then when I call 6 hours later, I'm told "what would you like me to do, he is on his way, he is very busy'. Just tell me the truth so I don't wait home all day with NO a/c when it's 110... They really need to fix the problems with the staff in the office. They are really rude
