  • 3.5 stars - quality ambiance, portions, and pork belly. However, the ramen noodles themselves fall short as they were overcooked. This can probably be redeemed by requesting that the noodles be extra firm (I'll try that next time). Aside from ramen, Futo Buta offers a variety of beers, appetizers, and rolls as well. Although I haven't explored other parts of the menu yet, the customers around us seemed satisfied and I will definitely look into this in future visits.
