  • I want to like this place, I really do, but I just can't give it any better of a review. I felt pressured to buy a piano from them when we were browsing, and I felt that I overpaid for my piano. But I knew that I had fallen for the tricks, so I wasn't going to fault them on that. My piano didn't have a bench with it in the store, but I was told they would find a bench for me. They did bring me a bench. It was broken and had a dirty band-aid in it. I called and they said someone would come out and fix it, but it's been months and I haven't heard from them. Also my piano is missing a wheel. I don't know if this was always an issue or if it happened during transportation, but I noticed it about a week after it was delivered. I was also told someone would fix that and it has never happened. I have called them dozens of times, and only occasionally do they call back. I regret buying my piano from them.
