  • Very shady business practices. My credit card was charged an extra $50 and hotel "has no knowledge of the charge." I called and spoke with 4 different people at different times and nobody can seem to find the charge. I keep getting the same canned answer that the hold is for incidentals. Which I could understand IF I wasn't also charged an additional $35 for valet and incidentals. Save your money and stay at a better hotel!
