If you have a pet, even if a hypoallergenic type, they will charge you to deep clean the room, even if you stay only one night. This was not posted on the bluegreen website when we booked. Our #1 concern was the pet policy and it only said they were welcome with no mention of exorbitant fees. Of course, they have changed it now and told us they have to charge us. My #3 regret in 37 yrs of life is buying bluegreen. Will be getting rid of it asap. They are all about squeezing every last penny from anyone they can fool into their scheme.
