  • "By hand", literally is what Amano translates to, and you would be hard pressed to find anything remotely close to the quality of taste and freshness this restaurant offers. We ordered the Cindy, the fennel wings and the rice balls, which were all outstanding!! Allen, whom I believe is the manager, consistently checked us and answered any and all questions we had. He made our experience ever the much better, and made us feel as if we were family. The only one thing that I don't like about this place is how far it is from where I live (California). I guess I may have to consider a move to LV.
