  • Horrible customer service! I went in to have my sons battery exchanged & with all the male employees standing around doing nothing! No one would help me carry in the battery let alone carry it out or even help me with the door. These guys were very rude! I'm 5'2 105lbs & not one of these guys would help me. Not only was that an issue but the warranty for the battery only gave me a small discount. According to the clerk. If you get a bad battery then your only allowed to exchange it 1 time. Anymore than that & it's only prorated or a small discount. We got the battery 8/12/12. It was suppose to have a 2 year warranty! 1. Bad Customer Service 2. No Help from any employees 3. Warranty only covers 1 exchange ( even if the battery is bad) Maybe Orileys or batteries plus or anywhere would be better! Beware of purchasing anything here! No product is truly backed by them & the customer service is horrible!!
