  • Took My Omega Speedmaster to Donaldson as he came highly recommended by my Omega owners group as the go to repair shop in AZ. I initially had contacted the Omega retailer at fashion square who gave me a bit of the run around with exaggerated time-frames for basic maintenance, so I began to look elsewhere as my Omega is my daily wear timepiece and I felt that being without it for up to 45 days seemed unreasonable. Upon arriving at Donaldson I was greeted immediately and given a no nonsense evaluation of what my watch was in need of, and the cost associated with it. I was blown away by the pricing and the quality and knowledge of the staff, but was going to be even more impressed when I returned to pickup my timepiece. On the day they said it would be complete, and at the price I was quoted, I picked up my watch from Donaldson, but not before dropping off another watch to have some work completed. During this transaction I inquired about the restoration service that should be completed on Omegas every 5-6 years to keep them in top form and was blown away by the fact that Donaldson let me know it could go at least another year before requiring such service. Omega in Scottsdale didn't even open the case before quoting me the price and letting me know they could send it immediately, which is why I was a little put off by them in the first place and sought out another Omega specialist. This experience has truly wowed me, and Donaldson has earned a customer for life. They were honest, fair in pricing and more than willing to explain the process of an Omega restoration and the reason for waiting to have it completed. Well done, Donaldson
