  • I moved to Gilbert a year ago and have come to this nail shop for the last year every two weeks. Today was my final time. Over the last few months service has really gone down (customer service and good work). I've never taken offense that they still don't know me even though I've gone every two weeks for the last year (it gets busy and they see alot of faces). I've never gotten upset at the high wait times and have even waited over an hour once (i can see with my own eyes they're busy, so I know i need to wait) but poor attitudes and crappy service is all i can take. Too many nail shops around for me to take that. Sorry
