Came to this place for a conference. Very pleased with the accommodations. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The staff was kind and friendly. Rooms were clean. I didn't take advantage of the pool or other things, but others did and were very pleased. The only downside was the availability of beverages (other than alcohol). The bar was open seemingly around the clock, but the coffee shop was only open for a few hours in the morning. You can get a limited selection of overpriced Starbucks products. There's bottled water in the gift shop, which again was open seemingly limited, including a mid day shut down. Many of our meals were provided by the facility due to the convention. The staff in the ballroom was excellent and the food was good. I must have been located in an easier portion of the resort, I had no problem finding my classes in the various locations throughout the resort. There was an in room refrigerator which was great for keeping foods and beverages in the room. There was a nice little sitting area outside the room, but heat was brutal (110 degrees every day). Speaking of heat, the air conditioning didn't work well and it was quite hot. I would absolutely return, having been there once, I know what I need to do and bring with me to make the experience better. Would recommend.
