  • Very poor customer service. My lawn mower sat for 4 weeks waiting for repairs. Fed up with the wait, I picked it up and they had not even looked at the mower. In that entire time my lawn mower sat outside exposed to the elements and was filthy. I specifically went here to spend money at a local business and in addition to my mower I also bought a new trimmer here at the same time, 2 years ago. The mower was taken elsewhere for repair and was returned within one day. I will no longer be a customer. I have since purchased a new mower, because I could not wait for them to repair my 2yr old Toro. My new mower was purchased at another local business that thankfully also services the Echo trimmer I got at Hastings so there is no reason to ever return. Called the store afterwards to express my dissatisfaction and they couldn't have cared less. Basically didn't want to hear what I had to say and rushed me off of the phone. Don't waste your time here.
