  • I love Smoothie King and come to this location or the Park Rod location on a regular basis. The smoothies are pretty good here but I am giving 3 stars mainly because of the service level that you get here. The employees are so loud and ridiculous. Always gossiping and even about customers standing in the lobby. There is always a lack of organization and your wait is twice as long as at other locations. I think service is just a huge part of life nowadays and I hate the side conversations, yelling and screaming back and forth and just the blatant disrespect always going on in this location. The manager is super nice, but when he is not in - the employees go nuts.
