  • Decent food and atmosphere was ruined by absolutely poor service. Our server made horrible errors at every stage of the meal; forgot a cocktail and a second drink, brought the wrong bottle of wine (didn't catch it until AFTER we opened it - my bad) but the right bottle was on the bill (more expensive than what we drank!), brought starters out WITH the entrees, didn't check on us until AFTER I'd already finished my entree... really annoying stuff you'd expect at a noisy family burger joint, not a mid-priced restaurant posing as a four-star dining establishment. It's an over-glorified Red Robin, complete with sophomoric cheers and "alrights" as we ordered, from an amateur server who is best suited for a college hangout than a "dining experience". I blame management for this nonsense; I won't be back.
