  • I have been to Jacks several times before and the service and food has always been outstanding. Today however I waited 45 minutes without a waitress so much as looking in my direction. It was so bad that the people sitting next to me commented on the situation. When I finally stopped one of the waitresses and asked for the manager, she said he was indisposed. I brought two friends and the overall experience was positive because the manager explained the situation. My girlfriend loves this place.
