  • 5 stars for sales associate Alberto! Very kind to my grandparents who are were very confused! 0 stars for sales manager Stephen. Literally kicking us out. Saying we had to hurry up because they were closing. I have dealt with T-Mobile managers before & they have NEVER disrespected me. The manager I dealt with stayed an HOUR over with no complaints!!! Paying customers should never be treated or given a look ESPECIALLY towards elders. This will be taken further.
