Puts poor service. Dakota CANCELLED our seats at customer service 45 minutes before the movie Jurassic World. General Manager Ernie Cooper was rude, pompous, insulting and lacked leadership in customer service. We were using passes and told to purchase ahead of time to reserve the seats so we did. When refunding the money at customer service he cancelled the seats and we were left stuck, 2 adults and 2 kids without a ticket.
The reason we even had passes is because just last weekend, Incredibles 2 was not working. It took 4 hours and 3 theatres to see one movie.
