  • The staff waiting for me at the airport was not the most professional but they were friendly. I did not like the car they had first suggested so I opted to get the Kia Optima instead. The Optima was great couldn't have asked for a better car. Picking up the car was extremely easy and so was dropping it off. I would give 4 stars if the dialogue between employees wasn't so loud or obscene. I would give 5 stars if they would have done something above and beyond. Overall very satisfied and will rent from them again, maybe the next National I go to will be worthy of 5 stars.
