I seem to have missed the reply to my review. Since the reply was published I want Yelp users to have the benefit of my response. I double checked the information and this is certainly the place I ordered from. Their database won't reflect my information as I don't publish my name on Yelp reviews.
I find it interested (and disconcerting) that they seem to operate with many different names and that the website link I used no longer works, and yet they still use the same phone number. Look, I get the return policy. It is all over the website. What I have a problem with is being totally ignored. I sent multiple emails to them simply trying to have a dialogue about my order. ALL WERE IGNORED. It was not until I used the arbitration process within Paypal since I paid with Paypal that I got satisfaction. They refunded me what I asked for in the Paypal arbitration process.
So, Jennifer, I simply wish someone would have responded to my emails. That is what set me off and what I think others should be aware of. The products you sell are fine - I have no problem with them, only the customer service.
