  • Usually chipotles staff are really nice and welcoming but this location is terrible! I came during lunch hour on a Monday and they weren't even welcoming or anything. When I mentioned I wanted a bowl she just kept looking at me as if I was supposed to mention every single item to her instead of her asking me what items I wanted. They seem bothered even when I asked for a tortilla on the side. They didn't even have a sense of urgency and soon right after there was a small rush and so I had to wait another five minutes to pay since there was only one person on the line. It was ridiculous! Definitely not coming to this location again
