  • I was in a motor vehicle accident back in late July. My insurance company USAA chose service king to service my vehicle. The customer service was awesome, as soon as I walked in I was treated with great customer service by the ladies at the front desk. Irv my service technician kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle via text and explained to me in full detail what they did to my vehicle. I also got the pleasure to meet with the store manager Marie who really cares about their customers, she was sincere and greeted me with a great smile. I must say this people know how to treat their customers. I will return here for future vehicle services. Thank you so much for all of your help Mario
