  • Honestly I don't know how they do it. When I think of a chain bakery I expect something passable at best. These cakes, whether they are the cupcake size or full cake size, are so goddam good it's unreal. First thing's first, the cake is more moist than I ever even thought was possible. I mean Leo's effect on women isnt even close to what these cakes are like. Then there's the flavors...they are plentiful and delicious. I have yet to try one I didnt like and the rotating seasonal flavors give you plenty of reason to come back if you crave constant variety. Highlights are the lemon and white chocolate raspberry. And finally the cream cheese frosting, need I say more? Delicious on it's own by the gallon obviously, and the perfect touch to these cakes. Some say they like buttercream frosting better but please that stuff is child's play compared to this. At the very least you owe it to yourself to walk in and try their free sample of the day. It's always there and always delicious...unless I get there first.
