  • Outstanding! We are from Hawaii. My daughter needed glasses since hers broke right before the vacation here. Tried getting it at LensCrafters at fashion mall a couple days ago which turned out to be a disaster. (See my next review about that one) From the eye exam to the pick up, We received top notch service from every single employee here. The receptionists were efficient, the doctor was pleasant, the floor techs were friendly and helpful and my daughters glasses were made in about 1 hour. Same day service with kindness. The prices are incredibly affordable! I didn't even mind that I couldn't use my Kaiser Insurance because it still came cheaper than glasses and exam costs that we paid for when we did use Kaiser last year. I am totally impressed and very grateful. Thank you Eyeglass World!
