I drove over 100 miles to special order a sectional. I went through the whole process with the salesman, picking the color, fabric etc. The salesman assured us this would not be a problem as this was a special order couch for a Christmas gift. I paid a 1400 deposit for the sofa which was to be delivered in 3 weeks. I received a call from Mega 2 days later that this sofa was unavailable and I could come choose another one! I wasted a whole day driving, gas money, etc to go to this store. There incompetent and the service was totally unacceptable....save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!! Mark and David need to get it together at the Tempe store.
