We ended up eating here due to lack of options at the last minute. My first reaction to the menu was holy cow, $27-38 for an entree?! That led us to order off their grazing and out of the box menu. I actually prefer orderly a bunch of smaller dishes so I can sample a variety of things.
Prok Barbacoa - not worth getting. Yes, it was tender and juicy but not flavorable at all. I wish it had more of the stone fruit chamoy toppings or something. The sweet potato/almod patata the pork was sitting on what not memorable either. We didn't really taste anything that made it stand out. Only reason why we even noticed it was because we cut into it while splitting the plate.
Brushetta Duet - I'm glad this dish was only $5. I would've been pretty upset if it was more. Two of the four bruschetta pieces were charred. Why would you even serve it? It doesn't cost that much to replace the pieces...
Truffled 'Mac n' Cheese' - Winner! This was the only dish we ate that left us both craving for more and even fighting for the last bite. The mac and cheese is topped with broken potato chips and you'll find hidden pancetta pieces. Must try!!!
Berkshire Belly & Waffles - good and different? If you've had roasted pork from the Chinese BBQ stores it tastes very similar. You have to eat the pork and waffles together. The items by themselves didn't work. The dish comes with maple butter but it wasn't needed I don't think.
I have mixed feelings about coming back... maybe just for a drink and mac n cheese.
