  • Unbelievably bad experience. Not only is the woman behind the counter the rudest person I have ever met in my life she refused to answer a simple question. Anyone should be able to tell you what the estimated time frame for ground shipping us. Is it 12 days or 21 she had to be given an explanation of what I was asking. I will be using FedEx to ship anything just yo not have to deal with her again.
