  • WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The owner needs to polish up on her CS skills along with her terrible attitude. Was planning on buying 2 pairs of tap shoes along with outfits for my girl's first dance class - but the owner was SO RUDE she lost our sale!!! When I questioned about sizing of the shoes (She told me they ran small because they were "Boys Shoes" - UGH what does that have to do with them running small AND - great thing to let my GIRLS who are 6 & 8 know) - NO TACT! The entire time I was in Jeanita's I felt as though I was an inconvenience. (The only thing I can contribute the owner to being not so pleasant was the fact that I was not interested in her almost $80 tap shoes and wanted the "Synthetic" taps which were quite a bit cheaper - since this was my girls 1st dance class and wanted to make sure they actually liked it before investing in better quality shoes) I did call out her "Poor Attitude" and told my girls to put their shoes back on - She then proceeded to ask me to leave her store... NO worries I was on my way out!
