  • If I could give this place no stars, I would. The hotel was dirty with holes in the closet walls, and holes under the kitchen cabinets. I stayed here with my co-worker in a two room suite and will never stay here ever again. The rooms are dark, creepy, worn down, and the phones don't work. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and will ignore you every chance they get; unless you speak French. We stayed there for 4 nights, and they refused to change the sheets after we told them on two occasions. They just made the beds with the same sheets. The floors wasn't swept or vacuumed when we arrived in our room. We even ask the front desk if they could send up someone to do it, they agreed; but no one ever came. The only good thing about this hotel, is it's in a good location.
