  • Called down and asked if I headed to the Arrowhead store, if they could replace the screen on my Droid X. Yeah the guy says. So, I head down there (about a 30 minute drive) give the guy my phone and he lets me know it will take about 90 minutes. So, after killing 90 minutes in the mall, I head back and he advised me that he did not have the part. I was a little annoyed but not a big issue, said he would have it within 24 hours and that I would receive a small discount, think it was about 10%. Well, here I am over 2 weeks later with no phone call. Ended up swapping it out myself for less than half the cost, thank you youtube! Great business model guys!
