  • I am very happy that I contacted Dr. Lee; he is a professional and his staff have always been more than courteous to my daughter (who is treated for both dental and ortho) and to myself. I have never had a problem with the billing (THANK GOODNESS) and cannot say that this has been my experience with MOST of the dental providers in this city. Claudia and Karen get it right and I have to tell you that I appreciate the fact that this dentist has two front office professionals instead of just one. They make their own crowns (will need one soon) and are really convenient, locally. I have had only one problem with them in the past which was the after-hours emergency contact - - but then again, this was a hired service that performed poorly ... not the doctor or his office staff. Food for thought, but I recommend them highly.
