Let's all be honest here. It's a buffet, it's cheap, and it's definately more than good enough.
I've taken my last 3 giriflriends here, all sushi snobs, and though they may not rave about it, they all wanted to go back.
The price is right, and the quality better than the price unquestionably.
It's FAR better than grocery sushi, and the hot asian dishes aren't half bad.
Considering the market they're targeting, the rediculous amounts of food you can score, and that their carry-out is something like $9 a pound, this is one hell of a bargain.
