  • 6 months ago I came here and service was really good. Yesterday (March 20) we stepped into Made and waited for 4-8 mins for someone to come over and greet us. More people behind us were getting frustrated that no one was sitting us. The manager on duty came over, by that time there were three separate groups waiting to be seated. When the manager comes over with an attitude like he was overwhelmed and stressed said "it's going to be a while, we can sit you but it's going to be some time for the food to come out" not even saying something like "sorry about the wait" Poor management. This place doesn't know how to plan and staff accordantly. Places like these don't make it very long. If this place doesn't change management and the head people that run this place it will not last just like the other places around that area.
