  • I came to this salon based upon a couple reviews and a recommendation from work. I came around 4:30 PM with my co worker and we waited about 35 to 40 minutes to be seen. I got a uppity snobby Scottsdale vibe....the employees as well as the customers were a little unpleasant. I've been to places with much better customer service! Why make us feel bad for not making an appointment and make us wait over 45 minutes when it really wasn't busy in the slightest.... If you want to be treated nicely go somewhere else!
