My biggest issue is their pricing - things marked on shelves or in bins is not what shows up on your bill. When you confront staff on this you must wait, wait and wait some more, only to be told you the client are wrong and things were erroneously placed there -- easy to understand if it happens once, but it routinely happens ... like every time I visit, and every time I buy. Staff become belligerent and imply that you are trying to rip them off. So if you shop there ('cos sometimes you have to) CHECK your bill. The ToysRus help line which is routed to the US is most pleasant -- and shocked by the attitudes at this store.
