  • We didnt stay here, but we did try to take a gondola ride. The manager in duty at the gondola ride was one of the rudest people that I have ever encountered. We had a very sweet cashier that was trying to help my fiancĂ© get a ride without another couple. She said she wrote something on the ticket that indicated you can ride alone. When we got down to the boat they told us we couldn't ride alone . After we explained that the cashier stated that we could, the boat manger Elle was extremely aggressive and started yelling in my fiancĂ©'s face. She escorted us back to the cashier.. yelled at her to not give us our money back and told us to "figure it out". The absolute worst person I've ever met. Thankfully, the sweet cashier was able to get ahold of someone above Elle and get our money back.
