Scammers. Avoid at all cost.
I used their website reservation system to replace an iPhone battery that is unable to hold a charge reliably.
I made the reservation at 1:30 for a 3:00 appointment.
I arrive with my paperwork and explain that I am the 3:00 appointment for a battery replacement and immediately was concerned because the employee thought unneeded a screen replaced.
He looked at my phone and said he couldn't help me. They only had one battery for my phone on stock and someone else had just called to reserve it for tomorrow morning.
Made some half-assed attempt to pass me off to a different store, but at that point why wouldn't they just have a battery transferred from the second store or tell the other customer to go to the other store who had t made a reservation?
Regardless, piss poor customer service. I will just replace myself like I have my previous iPhones that needed replacement batteries.
