  • New(ish) to the Cleveland area and had been looking for a mechanic I could trust. My car is nearing its end and I needed honesty about what my priorities should be knowing the time line I have left with it and how little I want to invest. This team was so friendly and very up front about my car. They took the time to really talk with me, even about my simple/I should know this questions, and offer maintenance solutions I could manage myself to help my car survive as long as I need it to. I didn't feel any pressure about adding services or spending money. Just a fantastic experience overall! They definitely deserve the high rating and I will continue to use and recommend them while in the area. And as an extra note, as a female I have often had experience with mechanics being condescending or trying to up sell services that definitely weren't needed, assuming I was ignorant. This team was SO respectful and not at all patronizing in their help. That is a huge thing and was so appreciated.
