  • I submited a complaint regarding forged signatures on our NON-profit, they faxed me a complaint form to fax back. Then I recieved a letter back, after a month of phone calls with no return calls. Finally I reached the front desk, but the rude GIRLS said the same thing Director Patricia L. Barfield stated in her letter. " WE DON"T CARE IF THE CORPORATION FORGE NAMES AND SIGNATURES! WE'RE JUST A FILING AGENCY ONLY!" Our tax dollars are PAYING for her and all the rude GIRLS salery. Why can't Iron Mountain do the same thing and then Director Barfield can work the phones front desk where she started. Why make the tax payers jump though HOOPS, when they don'y do a thing. LAZY people do not need to work for the Goverment. Dump this depatment, NOW!
