It is based on my current visit at the shop, literally leaving this review as I picked up my preorders items and still sitting inside of my car at the parking lot. I purposely ordered 5 cakes in advance so that I can pick them up for a party today. At my arrival, I was told that half of my preordered items (matcha cheesecakes) would not be ready in the next hour. I was just a bit early for my pick up time but I still could not understand how come items were not ready when over 24 hours notice was given as per their preorder rules. Staff did offer free angel hat but it wasn't what we wanted. It already took them almost 10 minutes to have someone to assist me. From the way the staff looking at each other when I told them I was picking my order, I was pretty positive that they missed my order. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and it ruined the party. If this shop does not have proper system for preorder, then just don't offer this option to make people upset.
