  • I have been going to Angel Nails since they opened and had great experience for the first few years until about a years ago. I have several comments to make. First, the owners have become unappreciative of their employees and clients. The turn over is huge. Luckily I have a great person that takes great pride in his/her work. Secondly, and most disappointing is the fact that you make an appointment because you have time restraints.I have waited up to 30 to 40 minutes on most appointments. I think this is extremely RUDE and inconsiderate to both the employees and the clients. The employees can't control there appointments that owners set and don't communicate. That is poor management for their employees and clients. I even ask when making an appointment, "if I should call ahead to be sure the employee is on schedule", I am told, "no you don't have to do that, they will be on schedule". Figure out the concept of appointments. We are talking a nail salon not a doctors office where emergency situation arise. I feel bad more so for the employees because they are losing clients that they have worked so hard to keep.
