  • Bait and switch? I came in for an oil change, and discussed with the manager Doug that we should use a high-mileage oil. He told me they would run next door to Auto Zone and get Mobil 1 High Mileage, and I agreed. The oil change took over an hour, and when cashing out I realized that they used Penzoil instead. I left and called their main number and spoke to Jasmine in customer service. She told me that they don't offer any Mobil products at any of their locations, and that going to the store to buy oil would be against their policy. I can't speak to the company as a whole, but please avoid Doug at the Pecos/Sunset location. To top it all off, they didn't even reset the service light, and left my car unattended and running in the parking lot with the windows rolled down while I paid!
