  • I travel a lot for work. When I come in town I always stop and get my nails done so I look fresh for my meetings on Monday. I was sent to this location by the hotel property where I was staying. The interior is unique and the nail color selection was impressive. However, I always try to find the positive in my experiences. The staff was extremely young and polite. Now let's get serious. I paid $80 dollars for a manicure that really looks terrible as well as an express pedicure with out polish. I feel like throwing up for spending my hard earn money for the service because I still gave a 20% tip because I felt sorry for the lack of talent. My hands were never soaked in any liquid nor were moisturizers applied. My cuticles were cut without any loosening. I was so surprised by this style of service. So my cuticles are sore, we're not treated properly and then they put cuticle cream on after they cut them. So today they are red and irritated. I definitely will not recommend this place and if you are use to NY style manicures stay away because this is nothing like it.
